• Calculation of temperature fields in moist soil:
  • Design of heat pump extracting heat from a bog for heating a greenhouse (1979).
  • Deisgn of heat pump for subground heating of an artificial turf-type football ground (1981).
  • Calculation of frost stabilisation of soil materials for building purposes (1992).
  • Design of refrigerating plant for artificially frozen pavement for car driver training (1998).

  • Developing a multi-language, Internet-based arrangement for the benchmarking efficient transport of electric power.
  • Development of an Internet-based value-calculation program for buildings and real estate ("Byggverdi"). It was used by Cowi and Opak when transferring all regional hospitals from the counties to the Norwegian state government. Responsible for tools and database (2001-2002).
